Mardi Gras
Cajun Style Hot Sauce
Bold Southern heat from fermented red habaneros and scotch bonnets. Whole peppers fermented for umami and tang, finished with garlic, onion, Turmeric, and Lime Juice. No extracts.
Heat Level Serious but usable; builds slowly to enliven dishes.
Squeeze on gumbo, jambalaya, or po’boys. Stir into marinades for shrimp, pork, or chicken. Add to vinaigrette, mayo, or remoulade. Toss with roasted vegetables or fried rice.
Store refrigerated after opening. Shake well. Color and flavor changes are natural.
