Description
Introducing Weak Sauce. This sauce has the consistency of a hot sauce with zero heat. We have managed to maintain all the flavor of a hot sauce.
Featuring a savory, tangy blend of Fresno peppers, fresh garlic, and onions, this sauce delivers a “Weak” heat profile that’s incredibly flavorful. It’s the perfect companion for those who want to drench their food in flavor without breaking a sweat.
Recipes for Successfully Using Weak Sauce
- The “Daily Routine” Avocado Toast. This is the ultimate breakfast upgrade. The tang of the vinegar and the sweetness of the peppers cut right through the richness of the avocado.
2 slices of sourdough (toasted), 1 ripe avocado, a squeeze of lime, and 2 tbsp of Weak Sauce.
Mash the avocado with the lime and a pinch of salt. Spread it thick on the toast. Drizzle Weak Sauce generously over the top. The Fresno and Bell pepper notes add a “garden-fresh” vibe that makes the avocado pop.“Zero-Dark” Grilled Chicken Marinade (Zero-Heat, Maximum Flavor)
- “The Peacekeeper” Creamy Dipping Sauce. Perfect for family gatherings where half the people like spice and the other half (the “Peacekeepers”) don’t.
1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt), 3 tbsp Weak Sauce, and a handful of chopped fresh cilantro. Stir it all together. Serve it alongside fish tacos, quesadillas, or as a dip for fresh veggies. The tang of the sauce mimics a high-end “Crema,” turning a simple snack into a gourmet appetizer.
